Enhanced Work Style AssessmentSM Inventory Developed to Meet Growing Customer Needs

Cleveland, Dec. 6, 2004: PsyMax SolutionsSM LLC today announced upgrades to its online product suite, including the proprietary Work Style AssessmentSM (WSA) inventory. Offering a selection of products that allow human resource professionals to assess, interview, coach, and develop employees for maximum job performance and career satisfaction, the Cleveland-based human resource assessment and development company now offers enhanced reports, an updated norm group, additional assessment features, and a new look and feel.  

PsyMax's enhanced reports include the Hiring the Right People report, Developing Your Potential report, and Coaching For Excellence report.  

Users who purchase the enhanced Hiring the Right People selection report also can access the new <>Interviewing for Excellence report. The Interviewing for Excellence report is a structured interview guide that is customized based on the job candidate's WSA inventory results and includes best practice interviewing tips and an improved candidate rating form. The new Degree-of-Fit summary page in the Hiring the Right People report summarizes how closely the candidates' scores fit each of the work styles in the Success Profile. An overall Degree-of-Fit score also is provided.

The Developing Your Potential and Coaching for Excellence reports now include expanded on-the-job development activities and tips. They also feature improved graphics to help employees and coaches focus on developmental activities that are most closely tied to organizational priorities, and an expanded section for self-paced, introspective active learning.
