To help employers find the right candidate for the right job, the PsyMax Solutions product suite allows organizations to define a Success Profile that identifies the most critical work styles for success on a job. The PsyMax Solutions' Work Style Assessment inventory helps employers significantly increase job performance and reduce turnover. Cleveland-based IT consulting firm Brulant began site development in August 2004, one month after the venture capital operations firm Max-Ventures acquired a majority interest in the company. Formerly called PsiBase, the company was renamed PsyMax Solutions in May 2004.
