New Site Offers Tailored Human Resource Solutions that Focus on Reducing Employee Turnover by Hiring the Right Person for the Right Job

To help employers find the right candidate for the right job, the PsyMax Solutions product suite allows organizations to define a Success Profile that identifies the most critical work styles for success on a job. PsyMax Solutions selection reports use the Success Profile to calculate a "Degree of Fit" score that instantly allows employers to see the overall match between the candidates' work styles and their likelihood of success on the job. 

The PsyMax Solutions' Work Style Assessment inventory helps employers significantly increase job performance and reduce turnover. Cleveland-based IT consulting firm Brulant began site development in August 2004, one month after the venture capital operations firm Max-Ventures acquired a majority interest in the company. Formerly called PsiBase, the company was renamed PsyMax Solutions in May 2004.
