Tri-C's Corporate CollegeŽ Selects PsyMax Solutions, LLC to Provide an On-Demand Leadership Tool to Participants in the YWCA/Corporate College Women's Leadership Boot Camp

Warrensville Heights, Sept. 30, 2005: This month, the YWCA of Greater Cleveland and Corporate College launch their nine-month Women's Leadership Bootcamp program designed to prepare women for executive-level leadership through position appropriate developmental education. To coincide with the kickoff of the program, Corporate College has selected PsyMax Solutions, LLC to provide an on-demand leadership tool to participants in this program.

PsyMax Solutions' Leadership Perception Profiler (LPP) is a 360° Leadership online assessment solution that helps develop leaders to their full potential. After taking the assessment, participants receive a Leadership report measuring their competencies in 21 critical leadership skills. In addition, participants receive focused feedback, practical development suggestions, innovative skill mapping and priority-setting tools and realistic action steps which mirror their company's strategic business goals.

"We are excited to be chosen by Corporate College and welcome this opportunity to provide our LPP assessment tool for participants with 2 to 10 years of career experience who have been recognized as potential leaders by their employers. Identifying and investing in your leadership talent means securing your company's future and maximizing shareholder value" said Dr. Wayne Nemeroff, CEO of PsyMax Solutions.

"PsyMax Solutions' LPP assessment serves as a "roadmap" to identify and strengthen the participant's emerging leadership skills. Since it is administered at the beginning of the program, the results are critical to increase participants' performance and leadership skills as the nine-month series unfolds," said Dr. Denise Reading, President of Corporate College.
