Values Assessment Inventory (VAI)
The Values Assessment Inventory (VAI) allows an organization to distinguish what values are most important to a particular candidate. The questionnaire asks the person to decide which values are most important to them by asking them to make forced choices between different pairings of values. The 18 values being measured are:

The Values Assessment Inventory provides the following candidate results:
- Work Values Quick Glance Scores on all 18 values
- Work Value Comparative Rankings – The Top 6 Candidate Values compared to the Top 6 Organization Values
- Person-Organizational Match Score – How many of an individual’s Top 6 Values match the Organization’s Top 6 Values, expressed as a percentage
- Work Values Narrative Report based on the candidate’s Top 6, most important, Values
The Values Assessment Inventory takes about 20 minutes to complete.
