Business Thinking Inventory (BTI) 

The PsyMax Business Thinking Inventory assesses candidate performance in 3 areas of cognitive thinking:

  1. The Business Reasoning section of the assessment asks the individual to complete a series of numerical word problems focusing on skills such as percentages and ratios.
  2. Business Communication section requires candidates to read business documentation and then respond to a series of questions about information included in the passage(s).
  3. The Business Problem Solving section asks the individual to solve a series of business questions based on their understanding and manipulation of information within various tables and accompanying text.

The BTI report presents 3 separate scores for each of the sections described above, in addition to an overall score. This questionnaire takes about 30 minutes to complete and is included at the end of the Work Style Assessment (WSA) Inventory.
