UPDATE (7/3/10): Customer access to all applications has been restored. However, some individuals may continue to be directed to our previous IP address for the next 24-48 hours.

In an effort to better handle our rapidly expanding growth and customers’ needs, we’ve been hard at work preparing to upgrade our website infrastructure. To support this enhancement, we have scheduled a period of extended downtime this holiday weekend.

Beginning at 10:00 PM ET on Friday, July 2, 2010, customers will be unable to access their PsyMax accounts. Assessment participants will similarly be unable to log in to their assessments. We expect to reopen the PsyMax applications by 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, July 4, 2010. However, since our servers will be moving, it may take up to 72 hours for your internet service provider to locate our new IP address.

During this period of downtime, you may continue to visit our site for any news. We will post an update here once our applications are back online.
