Your Success Profile is how you determine the personal attributes that distinguish top performers from less-effective performers. A success profile for a specific job defines those behaviors utilized by top performers in accomplishing superior results.
We highly recommend that you set up job success profiles for each job for which you’re evaluating candidates. There is no extra charge to create a success profile, and the system defaults to all fifteen.
